About Benfleet CFR

Benfleet Community First Responders (CFR) are a dedicated team of trained volunteers working in partnership with the East of England Ambulance Service. Based in Benfleet, Essex, we respond to life-threatening 999 calls in our local community—often arriving before an ambulance—to provide vital early care and support.

Our mission is to help save lives by delivering rapid first aid and reassurance when every second counts. We’re passionate about serving our community, raising awareness of emergency response, and encouraging others to get involved through training and volunteering.
